eStatements Agreement

To sign up for eStatements you must be an owner of the Frandsen Bank & Trust account(s) you have chosen for eStatement service. You must also read and accept the Terms of Agreement below. You should keep a copy of this agreement for your records.

This agreement applies to each account you select now or in the future ("Accounts") for which electronic statements are available. The words "we", "us", and "our" mean Frandsen Bank & Trust and the words "you" and "your" mean you the individual(s) or entity that is identified on the Accounts as the owner or authorized signer or holder on the Accounts. As used in this agreement, "Statement" means any periodic statement, notice, disclosure, billing statement, agreement, confirmation, or other information related to your accounts, including but not limited to information that we are required by law to provide to you in writing.

When signing up for eStatement, if the account has multiple owners, the assumption is made that all owners are requesting to have the statement delivered electronically.

Terms of Agreement

Upon receipt of your consent, we will prepare an electronic statement for your account(s) and provide a reminder on a monthly or quarterly basis, as applicable, of its availability. We will send this reminder to a working email address that you provide us.

To access your statement, you must be a registered user of our Business Online Banking service. You will be required to log in to Business Online Banking with your Access ID and Password to view, download and/or print the electronic statement. It is your responsibility to protect your Business Online Banking Access ID and Password from unauthorized persons. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that the electronic statement cannot be viewed by others.

You understand that by authorizing this eStatement service, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail. You are responsible for notifying us of any change in your email address ten (10) days before the end of your normal statement cycle. Email us to send notification of an email address change. If your electronic email notification is returned as undeliverable, an attempt will be made to contact you. You understand that if you do not receive an email notification, it does not release you from the responsibility to review your electronic statement promptly and notify the bank of any errors within 30 days of the statement date.

By authorizing eStatement service, you consent to receiving other electronic communication from us including:

• Legal and regulatory disclosures
• Change in terms notices relating to your account
• Annual privacy notice

We reserve the right to provide a paper copy of any communication you have authorized us to provide you electronically.

If you wish to discontinue this eStatement service at any time, please contact any Frandsen Bank & Trust office to stop the electronic statement and resume a paper statement. Please notify us at least ten (10) days before the end of your normal statement cycle. If, while using the eStatement service, you need a paper copy of a statement or disclosure, please contact one of our offices. A fee may apply.

All electronic statements shall be in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The provisions in this agreement are part of (and in supplement to) the bank's Terms and Conditions and all applicable disclosures we have previously provided to you. You acknowledge that your consent to electronic statements and communication is being provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce that is subject to the federal Electronic Signatures in global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN.)

We reserve the right to discontinue eStatements, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic communications. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.

Hardware & Software Requirements 

• A Supported Version (defined below) of an Internet Browser,
• A Supported Version (defined below) of a program that can read and display .pdf files (we recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader),
• An Internet connection,
• A Supported Version (defined below) of a computer able to operate the items listed above.  Note, if you wish to Save or Print eStatements, you will need appropriate peripheral devices such as a Printer or Storage Drive.

By "Supported Version", we mean software that is currently supported by both the publisher and Frandsen Bank & Trust. Visit www.frandsenbank.com/faqs to see a detailed list of "Supported Versions" of Computers, Browsers, and Adobe.

We advise reviewing our FAQ periodically for updates on supported systems.  Frandsen Bank & Trust reserves the right to discontinue support of a previous "Supported Version" if, in our opinion, it poses a security or other risk for use with our Online Banking system.

Changes to hardware or software requirements

If our hardware or software requirements change, and that change would create a material risk that you would not be able to access or retain your Electronic Records, we will give you notice of the revised hardware or software requirements. Continuing to use Electronic Services after receiving notice of the change is reaffirmation of your consent.
